Cohost's newest partner is Mudhan Meat and Greens, a healthful and chef-driven restaurant, which offers lower-carb dishes in addition to pastured meats, ocean-raised fish, and has a wide arrange of organic, GMO free, and gluten free options. Located in the Dallas Farmer's Market, they use that to their advantage sourcing the majority of their meats and greens from there or other local vendors. Their menu changes with the seasons, always making sure to have the freshest food available. We are happy to be working with them in their offsite catering. It is such a great opportunity to be working with such a unique restaurant!
Wow, 2016 was quite a year for Cohost! A very busy year - full of great people & great food. It was so busy that we have neglected the blog, but now we’re back and ready to keep you up to date with all our exciting events!
What a beautiful Sunday! The weather forecasters were sure it was going to rain for a whole week leading up to Dana & Nathan's wedding - so much so that the bride & groom had a plan B & C in case of rain. But the ground was dry when we arrived to setup chairs for the ceremony. It didn't rain, and the sun shone through the clouds right before Nathan & Dana were pronounced husband and wife. A beautiful ceremony - where their preacher recited the vows they had written for them to repeat. Cocktail hour was on the patio of The Filter Building, with chex mix brought from the mother of the groom, wine bottles personalized with engagement pictures of the bride & groom, and non-alcoholic beverages provided by Cohost.
